A mix of movements from coaches and students. The TOTW was along the lines of 'Controlling Explosive Movement' but as the penultimate session of the term, there was more free training than structured.
You can't hear it in the video but the circle exercise was primarily about silent landings and controlling transitions, as much as any of the strength positions.
